How to Book

We welcome visits from schools and groups and offer the following benefits to pre-booked groups of 15 or more people:

Priority admissions - no need to queue
Free admission for group organisers and coach drivers
Free familiarisation visit for group leaders
One teacher / guide is admitted free with every 10 children

Payment options:

The Visitor Centre accepts cash in Sterling, Switch, mastercard and for regular customers, payment can be made direct via BACS if arrangements are made in advance. Credit and voucher facilities are only accepted when a written agreement is established in advance of your visit.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellation must be given 24 hours in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to impose an administration fee of 25% of the total amount of your reserved booking.
